Return and Exchange Policy

HDMH Apparel does not currently accept returns or exchanges. However, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction so we will happily accept your item(s) in their original and unworn condition within 7 days of your estimated delivery date for store credit only (less the original shipping and handling fees). Please include your invoice with your item(s). We do not offer return labels and it is the responsibility of customer to choose a shipping service provider. We recommend that you utilize a shipping method that provides tracking information so that you are able to monitor for lost or delayed packages. The customer is responsible for tracking and shipping charges incurred. If we determine that your merchandise has been worn, washed or is returned without its original tag(s)/ sticker(s) we reserve the right to refuse your package and have it sent back to you. We are not liable for any damage to items as a result of exposure to chlorine, washing, ironing, drying or wear and tear. If you have received items in error or you are missing an item in the package you received please contact us immediately.
